OUR QUALITY
At SAFFRONIC, we only carry the highest quality saffron threads: Super Negin.
Before selecting our saffron, we lab test every batch to guarantee its quality using a protocol outlined by the International Standards Organization. Developed specifically to measure saffron quality, ISO Standard 3632 assess criteria such as flavor, color, aroma, moisture levels, artificial colorants, etc.
The best quality saffron is classified as “Category 1” and given a grade of “A+”. This is the only grade we carry at SAFFRONIC.
